I placed an order on November 28th 2021 but never received the email saying my order had shipped. I have emailed multiple times, called the phone number, messaged on Facebook amd Instagram, but I never get any support.

I have ordered twice before and been very happy so o spent over $55 again but did not receive my order. I am quite unhappy at this point, it has been over two months.

It actually clumps up nicely and works just like clumping liter does. I had my suspicions before we tried it, but found it to do exactly as advertised. You can't just dump a whole bunch in the toilet at once, and it does seem better for the pipes if you chop/mix it up in the bowl before flushing, but we really like that option instead of sending it to the landfill. Good product!!

So far so good! It has no smell or dust and flushes easily down the toilet. My cat adjusted within just a few days!

i asked for the product to not be sent to me since my cat rejected it and did not received a response in over 2 weeks and then just received an email with delivery instructions. terrible service and the litter does not do a good job clumping at all

We've been looking for litter that isn't so messy or annoying to clean up and we have finally found one. We've tried the typical brands and even big brands like Pretty Litter but this was a great litter that is easy to clean and not so messy. The fact that it's biodegradable is a great plus too!
